Enada

Brand name of a food supplement containing the enzyme NADH (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, plus high-energy Hydrogen) that may be helpful in the treatment of chronic fatigue. As with all nutritional supplements, it is not approved by the FDA. Initial results of studies show that NADH could provide possible benefits but further studies are needed.
